D. Data retention period

Technical data, usage data, and cookies: Your personal data will be stored for 3 months from the date of collection, but in any case no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected (principle of storage limitation, Article 5 of the GDPR), and in accordance with a legal obligation or an order from a legitimate authority.

Pharmacovigilance: for as long as the product is authorized for sale and for ten years after the expiry or revocation of the marketing authorization in the last country where the product is marketed, except in the case of defense needs of the marketing authorization holder. After the retention period has expired, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized, without prejudice to any possible legal retention period.
